Musa Aziz, born in Afghanistan, holds an M.D degree from Afghanistan in 2008. His interest in political and economic issues led him to focus on inter disciplinary studies at master level.
This change of interest took him to study Master of Public Policy (MPP) in Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt, Germany. Mr. Aziz currently pursues his studies at master level through a scholarship from DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service). Before starting his MPP degree at the Willy Brandt School, Mr. Aziz completed an accredited certification in Good Governance Afghanistan from the same institution.
He has worked with different governmental and non-governmental organizations for over three years. Throughout his academic and professional career, Mr. Aziz particularly focused on poverty reduction, economic development, human rights, education, peace-building and conflict resolution. His research interests are contemporary political issues and political discourses in South Asia and Middle East.
